Dispatch times

Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2 business days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are handmade and take 2 to 3 weeks; the estimate for your piece is shown on its product page.

Delivery

Orders within India are sent tracked and insured and typically arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your parcel leaves us.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Public holidays, weather and courier delays can extend them.

Shipping charges

Charges, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.

International orders

[ TO CONFIRM ] — confirm whether you ship outside India. If you do: the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duty, import tax and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Country of origin

All pieces are made in India.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may be chargeable.
