Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods or notify you that they are ready to collect. Made-to-order and personalised pieces enter production once payment clears.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Production times are stated on each product. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are exempt except where faulty.
